Any data collected by automated or non-automated means, will be transmitted, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, to the entities involved to contract the required services to the extent absolutely necessary for the completion of the desired reservation / service and for compliance with the legislation of the Countries of destiny.

Security Mesures to Data Access
Burgorelax implements security measures at a technical and organizational level to protect against the manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons of the data granted by you and administered by us. Our security measures are optimized according to legal requirements.

Please make sure that you have correctly provided us with your credit card details, which guarantee your reservation / service. If this does not happen, the completion of your reservation may be postponed and the total costs may be changed due to the late completion of the reservation.
Burgorelax reserves the right to cancel the reserved services after confirming the reservation if the payment is declined by the credit card issuer or if you have provided us with the data incorrectly.
Burgorelax also reserves the right to carry out random checks in order to minimize credit card fraud, namely to carry out prior credit card verification. All paper documents provided will be destroyed as soon as they are no longer needed.
Right to be informed about your informations
Upon request, Burgorelax will promptly inform you in writing, in accordance with current legislation, if and what personal data about you have been filed by us. If, despite our efforts to maintain correct and current data, there is incorrect information, we will correct it at your request.
